At NiiHAi Ltd, we want you to feel confident in your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
